Monday - **8th grade Georgia Studies EOG Milestones Assessment**; Students will be assigned a historical person from the standards and begin their Georgia historical person biography project. Instructions and all requirements for this project are linked below. The resources for completing research on each historical person is on the Home page of this blog under the "Research & Project Links" section. This research paper should include where the battle happened, who was involved in the battle (famous people, groups, etc.), who won the battle, when it occurred, and a summary of events in the battle. Students will present their poster, explain the main points of their assigned battle, and identify their battle on a class map.
