Thursday - Complete Part 2 of the "American Experience: The Presidents - Jimmy Carter" documentary and analysis sheet Friday - Complete Part 3 of the "American Experience: The Presidents - Jimmy Carter" documentary and analysis sheet **Please bring posters to school Monday and Tuesday!** Monday - Students will continue the Civil War battle project with the completion of research, cause/effect sheets, and maps for the posters. Each student will be required to present their project after the due date and locate the battle on a Georgia map for the class to see. Attached below is the project instructions. Each class will begin the review process with a review sheet that covers the geography unit (SS8G1) and prehistoric peoples of North America (SS8H1).

Thursday - Finish poster project; Review game on Modern GA, transportation, and economy Friday - Modern GA unit test; Poster project presentations Monday - Students will finish the Civil Rights timeline and document analysis and submit as one assignment; Students will then complete a few rounds of the Quizlet on SS8H10 and SS8H11 which is linked below. Tuesday - Pi Day activity Wednesday - Georgia and the Modern Civil Rights Movement unit review game Thursday - Georgia and the Modern Civil Rights Movement unit test Friday - Students will complete guided notes on the Modern GA unit (SS8H12) Monday - Students will complete guided notes on the growth of Georgia in the decades following World War II. Each student will also be responsible for completing the "Growth of GA Post WWII" question sheet and have it checked for accuracy/completion by the end of class.
