Monday - Students will complete the second part of their project on Georgia in the American Revolution that was started last week in the computer lab Tuesday - Guided notes on Georgia and the birth of the United States including the basic functions of government and the Articles of Confederation (SS8H4a) Wednesday - Finish guided notes on the basic functions of government, the Georgia Constitution of 1777 and the Articles of Confederation (SS8H4a) Thursday - Video activity on deconstructing the Articles of Confederation Friday - Finish video activity; With time allowing, begin completing chart that compares/contrasts the Articles of Confederation and the U.S. Constitution Monday - Students will complete guided notes on Georgia's role in the American Revolution (SS8H3b); With time allowing, students will be introduced to the multi-part project on Georgia in the American Revolution
